For production-scale shoots: Park Royal Studios (NW10) with three drive-in stages up to 33×20m and an on-site restaurant; Island Studios in Acton (Black Island's 6 stages + Dukes Island's 4 studios, drive-in and sound stages); and Loft Studios (Park Royal) with six infinity-cove studios, daylight spaces and an in-house chef. All three price on application (POA) — standard for the premium tier.
Published 2026 rates run from £35/hour (Soif, London Fields) and £80 full days (KITSCH, Tottenham) up to £475–£1,100 for 8–12-hour days at 69 Drops (Whitechapel) and £500–£1,400+VAT day rates at Street Studios (Dalston). Controlled-light spaces like Arch Photo (Camberwell) charge £120 for 2 hours; tyx (King's Cross) is £325 half-day / £575 full-day.
69 Drops has coves in three studios (up to a 6×7m L-shaped cove in Studio 2), Soif's Studio 5 has a 5.5×6m cove, tyx has a 4×5m cove with full blackout, and Loft Studios runs six studios with infinity coves. Cove size matters for full-length fashion and group shots.
Soif Studios (east, south and north-facing warehouse windows), 69 Drops Studios 1–2 (daylight plus blackout option), tyx (natural light with blackout), and Loft Studios' dedicated daylight spaces and courtyards. For guaranteed-consistent light all day, pick a blackout space like Arch Photo instead.
East London has the biggest cluster — Whitechapel (69 Drops), London Fields (Soif) and Dalston (Street Studios). North: tyx by King's Cross and KITSCH in Tottenham. South: Arch Photo in Camberwell. West: Loft Studios in Park Royal.
